American Sanders conducts all training programs in a professional manner and expects all of its students to actively participate in a respectful manner. American Sanders reserves the right to dismiss any participant due to disruption of the training class, including but not limited to indications of drug and/or alcohol intoxication, verbal and physical aggression against staff or other participants, failure to follow safety or program instructions, and any other disruptive behavior. A dismissal will be at the discretion of the Sand & Finish School Director.

I understand that if I am dismissed from class, there will be no refund. I understand that in order to participate in the American Sanders Training Schools, I agree to conduct myself in a professional manner, respectful of other students and the trainers. I understand and agree to assume any and all risks associated with American Sanders Sand & Finish School Training activities.
